加入导盲犬筹款计划 为视障人士谋福利

近年来，视障人士的日常生活更加多元，参与社会活动的愿望也日益增强。他们除了手上冰冷的盲杖外，鲜活、温柔又暖心的导盲犬已经成为了该群体渴求的生活伙伴。

In recent years, the daily lives of visually impaired people have become more diversified, and their desire to participate in social activities has also increased. Guide dogs are vibrant, gentle, and warm-hearted animals which have become the life partners blind people need.

而事实上，由于种种原因，现实生活中可以与视障人士顺利匹配的导盲犬少之又少，目前国内的导盲犬数量远远无法满足视障人士的实际使用需求。据统计，全国视障人士1700万人，广东省视障人士70多万。根据国际统计数据，当中有1%的视力障碍人士会选择使用导盲犬，我国对导盲犬的需求数量是约为17万只，而广东省则需要7000多只导盲犬。

Only a few visually impaired people can be matched with guide dogs in real life, and the current number of guide dogs in China still needs to meet the actual needs of the visually impaired. According to statistics, there are 17 million visually impaired people in China and more than 700,000 visually impaired people in Guangdong Province. According to international statistics, 1% of the visually impaired choose to use guide dogs, and China's demand for guide dogs is about 170,000, while Guangdong Province needs more than 7,000 guide dogs.

导盲犬项目介绍

导盲犬守护计划将通过过筹款的形式为广州导盲犬学校提供资金支持，从而帮助导盲犬学校有能力培育更多的导盲犬，帮助提高视障人士获得拥有导盲犬的机会。我们期望让更多视障群体在导盲犬的帮助之下能更平等、充分、便捷地融入社会生活。因此在2023年爱莎公益基金慈善公益月之际，我们计划发起导盲犬守护计划。

The Guide dog programme for the blind and visually impaired provides financial support to the Guangzhou Guide Dog School through fundraising, thus helping the Guide Dog School breed and train more guide dogs, in the hope that more visually impaired people will be integrated into society more equally with the help of guide dogs.

学校怎么参与导盲犬计划

学校可根据实际情况发起线上或线下的内部筹款活动，为广州市导盲犬学校筹款，如爱莎天河校区的疯狂头发日，慈善马拉松活动。所筹得的善款将由爱莎公益基金全部捐赠至广州导盲犬学校，帮助和支持广州市导盲犬学校的运作和发展，培养更多导盲犬，从而让更多视力障碍人群得到导盲犬的支持与帮助，获得更好的生活质量。

Each ISA school can initiate its fundraising activities with the theme of “caring for guide dogs”. The ISA Charity Fund will donate the proceeds to the Guangzhou Guide Dog School to help and support its operation and development so that more visually impaired people can get supported by the guide dogs and gain a better quality of life. The type of fundraising activity is left to each Head of school to decide. Examples include Tianhe's “Crazy Hair Day”, and “Charity Marathon”.

参与学校可以获得什么？

捐赠金额达到3000以上的话，将有机会参观广州市导盲犬学校（单场参观名额不超过50人），实地观察导盲犬的训练日常。导盲犬学校工作人员将会开展分享会，为学生介绍导盲犬的相关知识以及发展现状。此外，学生还可以通过既定的游戏体验，体会社会上视障人士的生活困境，了解导盲犬如何帮助视障人士更好地生活。

Schools with donations of3,000¥or more, can organize a visit to the Guide Dog School of Guangzhou for their students (no more than 50 studentsper visit). The Guide Dog School's staff may also be invited to visit an ISA school to carry out activities, introduce the operation and development of the Guide Dog School, teach about the assistance that guide dogs provide to visually impaired people, and so on.

About the Guangzhou Guide Dog School

广州导盲犬学校是华南地区唯一一家专业从事导盲犬服务的公益机构，他们所提供的服务主要有：

1. 繁殖及培养本土导盲幼犬，训练优秀的、符合国际标准的导盲犬；

2. 为合适而有需求的视障人士无偿提供导盲犬服务；

3. 通过向公众提供有关导盲犬的公共科普活动，提高公众对导盲犬的认识和了解，倡导动物友好型社会；

The Guangzhou Guide Dog School is the only public welfare organization specializing in guide dog services in South China. Their services include:

1.Breeding and raising local guide puppies which are then trained to become excellent guide dogs that meet international standards.

2.Providing guide dog services to suitable and needy visually impaired peoplefree of charge.

3.They are enhancing the public's knowledge and understanding of guide dogs by providing them with public educational activities and advocating an animal-friendly society.

ISA Tianhe, ISA Science City, ISAFLS, and ISA Liwan will organize activities according to their teaching schedules within ISA Charity Month. All staff, students, and parents should pay attention to school announcements.
